Toho Tenax has successfully developed Benzoxazine prepreg technology with Henkel

Toho Tenax and Henkel have partnered to develop a new family of carbon fiber reinforced prepregs based on Henkel’s novel benzoxazine resin system.

 

The first potential application for this new technology will be in the utilisation of a woven Tenax® carbon fiber reinforced benzoxazine prepreg in the Airbus A380 Auxillary Power Unit (APU) housing.
